William Musa Moiyan is a born Liberian from Lofa County and a graduate of LICOSESS Teacher Training College where he studied Education with emphasis in Social Studies. He is also a graduate of the Jonah Togbah School of Leadership and Development. William Musa Moiyan is a Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of The New Era Enlighteners & Developmental Foundation (The Need-Foundation). He is passionate about education improvement and seeking how best to provide opportunities through which young people (Destitute) can develop and achieve their dreams. He believes that educating young people will bring profitable growth and rebuild communities across Liberia. William is one of the founders and the current General Secretary of Redeeming the Time Youth for Christ Movement RTYCM, a Christian youth organization that was founded in 2018 to enlighten the minds of the youth for salvation. William was influenced by his experience of living with lovable relatives from childhood even until he graduated from college. Currently, he is serving as the vice president of Potter’s House Revival Ministries Youth Department.
